Moorish Idol Fish Cake · Make the cake using a Cake-Shaping Strip. Cover the cake with White-Chocolate Cream-Cheese ganache. Add 1-2 drops of yellow food dye on top of the regions of the fish that are yellow, and spread the food dye out across the region. Make the black stripes using crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
